Until now, we have had a standing light as a reading light, a Lightning connector cable or a dock to charge devices, and a speaker to listen to music. All these separate functions required its own power adapters or cables and ended up having too many ‘cords’ or cables around.

CONE enabled all those features to come together and made it into one, beautifully clean device with a single cable.
As an added bonus, you can download an app for free to have functions such as an alarm clock or music player (sleep timer included) to be used with the CONE.

The lamp shade can be rotated from side to side as well as up and down to adjust the angle of light. When you put the CONE between two beds, you can decide which direction you want the light to go in.

The USB interface through the Lightning dock with your iPhone or iPad allows easy, no set-up access to the music library on your device so you can play your favorite tunes through the lamp amplifier for a superior sound experience.

The smart design featuring an embedded speaker within the cone-shaped lamp creates a high-volume, and high-quality sound path that will be directed the same way as your light beam.

The NuAns branded knob fitted on the lamp arm is height adjustable and protects your device from potential damage or scratches while it is charging.

The Lightning connector is capable of a 2.4A output, the maximum electric current for fast-charging an iPhone. This quick charging capability means it charges devices, like an iPhone, faster than via the attached AC adaptor to the stand light.

The Lightning connector not only enables charging, but also supports the transmission of music either through your iPhone or iPad music library or via other music playing apps.

You can charge two devices simultaneously, by using both the Lightning connector and the USB port.

・Clock Function
It can use clock-light by showing your favorite designed digital or analog clock, and setting a iPhone or iPad to Lightning cable of CONE. 2 colors are available, white and black to fit to CONE itself, interior, and iPhone.

・Sleep Timer Function
A sleep timer allows you to listen to music with the light on that will gradually lower in volume and fade in light brightness for up to 60 minutes (default is 15 minutes) until it automatically shuts off at the end of your pre-selected time.

・Alarm Clock Function
Music and light will come on at your pre-selected time when using the alarm clock function.

・Music Playing
CONE can play music directly from your device’s music library.

・Calendar Function
Toggle from the clock screen in the app to reveal a calendar. The app for iPad can show both the alarm clock and the calendar for added convenience and high visibility.

・Weather Info
The daily weather info is shown through the app, with extended forecasts availble via tenkiapi.jp (in Japan) or the OpenWeatherMap app (in other locations.

There are many complaints about cheap, non-licensed products that will not charge or have an extremely slow synchronization speed. CONE meets Apple’s performance standard so you can use it safely and with confidence.

The AC adapter attached to CONE includes a NuAns logo and has been scaled to be less clunky, compact and more elegant.

The environment was also at the forefront of our minds in terms of packaging the product with recyclable cardboard rather than styrofoam.

Moreover, the purpose-built app was created with design in mind. The app was scrutinized for its overall look down to the location of each button to may it simple with a pleasing display.
